Canning with Shari

Canning seems scary to me, but Shari is going to lead us both through the fog and teach us to can safely. Our grandparents canned and put back food, and we are reaching the point in society where this is again a necessity.

 Be prepared to have fun.  Each person will receive a jar. 

If it is raining, we may have to reschedule so please check your emails and keep a clear line of communication.  

Please arrive on time. The class will take approximately three hours. Please park where it says park here.  The gate going up to the shop will be closed but you can walk through the right side opening. If you need help, let us know.  

Please no small children as we will be working around boiling water and as of right now, there is no demand for boiled kids.
